In November 2024, UOL Group and CapitaLand purchased the existing Thomson Reserve en bloc site for $810 million which works out to approximately $1,178 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr). The en bloc purchase of Thomson Reserve marks the largest residential en bloc deal since Kingsford Group's acquisition of Chuan Park for $890 million in July 2022.
