The Site in Context
The official artist's impression shows how the site plan reads once built: the six towers stepping down from 30 to 21 storeys, the pool deck and clubhouse held at the centre of the estate, and the landscaped edge buffering the development from Bright Hill Drive and the neighbouring landed estates.

The six residential towers, four of 21 storeys and two of 30 storeys, are positioned for panoramic views toward MacRitchie Reservoir, Windsor Nature Park, the Singapore Island Country Club and Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park. The blocks are carefully angled to avoid overlooking between towers, while inward-facing homes look onto the landscaped gardens within the estate.
